Service Description

Immerse into the sound and vibrations of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong and other sonic energy instruments, guiding you into your own experience of meditation. The adult body is over 60% water, and water is a wonderful conductor for vibrational sound. When we immerse ourselves into a sound healing practice it begins to synchronise the brain waves into a profound state of relaxation. When vibrational sounds travel through the body we observe shifts of frequencies from low energy into more positive rejuvenated frequencies, promoting circulation, releasing of energetic blockages, improving sleep quality and providing a state of ease and harmony within. We begin by grounding into the space, finding our connection into the breath to allow the mind to drop into a calm space, followed by a guided meditation focusing on drawing inward and toward the light held within through a full sound immersion.
