Awaken and align your inner and outer body with this rejuvenating yoga practice. The practice begins by warming the body, then moving into a powerful flow aligned to the rhythmic flow of the breath to anchor the mind's point of focus into one place through a deep connection between breath and movement. Finishing the class with a deep relaxation and breath connection. PAYMENT OPTIONS: Payment can be made online or in person with either cash or card at the studio Online payments: www.sacredharvest.com.au/plans-pricing Class Passes Available: One class per week: 10 class pass $150 (valid 12 weeks) 5 class pass $80 (valid 7 weeks) 1 class weekly payment $18 Two classes per week: 5x2 class pass $140 (valid 7 weeks)
