Service Description

Making the practice of yoga accessible to anyone wishing to add more practices into their week, or it may be a starting point to dedicate a practice into your life. A dynamic and energising practice, allowing your body to open deeply, connecting the breath with the movement within each posture. This practice includes some 'yoga drills' & is designed to remove stagnation and activate the energy centre to create lasting vitality, balance and focus throughout your day. PAYMENT OPTIONS: Payment from $1 in person with either cash or card at the studio.
