Cancellation Policy

Sacred Harvest Naturopathy

We understand that circumstances change and appointments sometimes need to be rescheduled. This policy outlines our approach to cancellations, rescheduling, and missed appointments, so that we can continue to offer fair access to consultation times for all clients.

This policy applies to all appointments booked through our online booking system, SimpleClinic, including naturopathic consultations, yoga sessions, sound healing sessions, and group programs, unless otherwise specified for a particular event.

1. Notice Period

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer the time to another client on our waitlist.

2. Late Cancellations and Missed Appointments

  • Late cancellation within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment: a fee may apply stated at the time of booking.

  • Missed appointment / no-show (failure to attend without any notice): the full consultation fee may be charged.

  • First appointments: as new patient appointments involve significant preparation time (including review of intake forms and case history), the full fee may be charged for a missed first appointment regardless of notice given.

Fees will be charged to the payment method held on file, or invoiced directly, and are due prior to any future bookings being confirmed.

3. Exceptions

We recognise that genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances occur. Cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion in cases of:

  • Medical emergency (yours or an immediate family member's)

  • Genuine unforeseen circumstances communicated to us as soon as reasonably possible

4. Late Arrival

If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time available. Please note that your session may need to be shortened to avoid delaying subsequent clients, and the full consultation fee will still apply.

5. Practitioner-Initiated Cancellations

If Sacred Harvest needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment (due to illness, unforeseen circumstances, or otherwise), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the next available appointment or a full refund of any prepaid fees, at your preference.

6. Group Programs, Workshops, and Events

For workshops, group programs, and yoga or sound healing classes booked in blocks or as a series:

  • Places are limited, and cancellations close to the event date may affect our ability to fill the space.

7. Waitlist

If you cancel with appropriate notice, we will endeavour to offer your appointment time to another client on our waitlist. Adding yourself to the waitlist does not guarantee an earlier appointment but increases the likelihood of being offered a cancellation.

8. Retail and Apothecary Orders

This Cancellation Policy applies to clinical and class bookings. For cancellations, returns, or refunds relating to apothecary products (skincare, teas, ritual kits, and homewares), please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
