Sacred Harvest Naturopathic Clinic & Apothecary

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Sacred Harvest website (sacredharvest.com.au), our online booking system (SimpleClinic), our clinical and wellness services, and any products purchased from our apothecary. By booking a service, purchasing a product, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

Part A. Clinical & Wellness Services

1. Nature of Services

Sacred Harvest provides naturopathic consultations, nutritional and herbal advice, iridology, flower essence therapy, yoga instruction, and sound healing, provided by Dianne Juteram, a qualified naturopath (BHSc Naturopathy, BHSc Complementary Medicine) and Raja yoga teacher.

Naturopathy is a complementary medicine discipline. It is not currently a registered health profession under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). As an unregistered health practitioner, Dianne Juteram operates under the NSW Code of Conduct for Health Care Workers (under the *Public Health Act 2010* (NSW) and *Health Care Complaints Act 1993* (NSW)), and holds current professional indemnity insurance and membership with NHAA.

2. Not a Substitute for Medical Care

  • Naturopathic consultations, herbal medicine, nutritional advice, iridology, flower essences, yoga, and sound healing are complementary approaches and do not replace diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a registered medical practitioner.

  • Sacred Harvest does not diagnose, treat, or claim to cure any disease in the manner reserved for registered medical practitioners.

  • You should continue to see your general practitioner or specialist for medical diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment, and should not stop or alter any prescribed medical treatment without first consulting your doctor.

  • In the case of a medical emergency, please call 000 or attend your nearest emergency department.

3. Informed Consent

Before your first consultation, you will be asked to provide relevant health history and to consent to naturopathic assessment and treatment. You are encouraged to disclose all medications, supplements, and relevant medical conditions, as herbal and nutritional recommendations may interact with pharmaceutical medications.

You are free to ask questions about any recommended treatment, and to decline any part of a proposed treatment plan.

 

4. Results and Outcomes

Naturopathic and wellness outcomes vary between individuals. No specific result, outcome, or timeframe for improvement is guaranteed. Case studies, testimonials, or examples shared on our website or social media reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of similar results for any other person.

5. Fees and Payment for Services

  • Consultation fees are as published on our website or advised at time of booking

  • Payment is due before or at the time of consultation unless otherwise agreed

  • See our separate Cancellation Policy for terms relating to cancelled, missed, or rescheduled appointments

6. Yoga and Sound Healing Participation

Participation in yoga and sound healing sessions is at your own risk. Please advise your facilitator of any injuries, pregnancy, or health conditions prior to participating. You should consult your doctor before beginning any new physical practice if you have pre-existing health concerns.

Part B. Website and Online Bookings

7. Booking System

Appointments are managed through SimpleClinic, a third-party booking and practice management platform. By booking online, you agree to the accurate entry of your details and consent to SimpleClinic processing your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Website Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the Sacred Harvest website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and educational material (such as guides, ritual and remedy content, and program materials), is owned by or licensed to Sacred Harvest and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

 

9. Website Use

You agree to use the Sacred Harvest website only for lawful purposes and not to engage in conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the website or interfere with any other user's access.

Part C. Apothecary & Retail Products

10. Product Descriptions

We take care to accurately describe our apothecary products, including skincare, teas, tisanes, adaptogenic blends, and ritual kits. Herbal and skincare products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always read product labels and consult your practitioner before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication.

11. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are current at the time of publication on our website. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice, though this will not affect orders already confirmed.

12. Returns, Refunds, and Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which cannot be excluded.

In addition to your rights under the ACL:

  • For change-of-mind returns, items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery or purchase date, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

  • Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty

  • Approved change-of-mind returns will be exchanged only for store credit

  • Due to hygiene considerations, opened skincare and personal care products cannot be returned for change of mind unless faulty

  • If a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the ACL

  • ​

13. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 7 days of payment being received, excluding weekends and public holidays

  • We ship using carriers such as Australia Post and Sendle

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight.

  • Estimated delivery timeframes are 7–10 business days for local areas, 10-14 business days for regional/remote areas. These are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays outside our control

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number, if provided

  • Risk in the goods, including risk of loss or damage, passes to you once the order is delivered to the address provided at checkout

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund

  • If your order is lost in transit, please contact us so we can lodge an investigation with the carrier. Where an item is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at your preference

  • We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by incorrect delivery details provided by the customer at checkout

  • We currently ship within Australia only​

 Part D. General

​

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sacred Harvest's liability for any loss or damage arising from use of our services, products, or website is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service or product, except where such limitation is not permitted under the Australian Consumer Law.

15. Confidentiality

Information shared during consultations is treated as confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and will only be disclosed with your consent or as required by law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of our services or website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
