Beneath my foot, warm, gritty earth. From above, light filtering through leaves in golden rays, and in between, silence. ✨Finding strength through surrender✨
Uttanasana is one of my greatest teachers, not because it’s challenging the hamstrings, but because it asks us to do something our egos resist: let go.
